B&G Series LR Description

Bell & Gossett LR15B has been replaced by the LR15BWR. It pipes-in the exact same way as the LR15B. This bronze colored pump is generally used in residential applications for potable domestic water being pumped to kitchens, bathrooms, etc. It has a 1/15 h.p, 115 volt motor. This Bell & Gossett pump is often used to replace the bronze-body series Bell & Gossett 100 pump: The pump capacity is very similar, and it has the same flange-to-flange dimensions as the series 100 -- It will fit in exactly where the series 100 was pulled out! Usually the entire pump is replaced when in need of repair. However, seal kits (to repair a leaking pump) and impellers (the circular rotating device that pumps the water) are available.
