Trane thermostatic Cage Assembly and Cover for 3/4" Model B3 trap style with an integral (non-removable) seat.

Complete Trane steam traps, including all their radiator traps, are no longer made. However, Trane contracts out the production of their related replacement components (Cage Assemblies) to fulfill the needs of the repair parts market. Cage Assemblies contain a thermostatic element that opens to release air and water, and closes to keep steam in the heating unit. Installation instructions come with each Cage Assembly. A new steam trap cover is included with each Cage Assembly.
