Overview
Armstrong Pump model 1.25 x 1 x 5 Series 4270 motor-mounted centrifugal pump with a 1 HP, 115/230v, single phase, 3600 RPM motor. This pump features a radially-split volute, PEI resin impeller, self-lubricating mechanical seal, and a back pull-out design. Series 4270 pumps are cast iron with a stainless steel shafts. Their high-strength PEI resin impeller minimizes axial thrust. The heavy-duty motor ball bearings accommodate radial loads and residual hydraulic thrusts.
