Overview
Armstrong internal check valve model A425B for 213, 813, and 883 inverted bucket traps with a 3/4" pipe and all pressures. Armstrong internal check valves are spring-loaded stainless steel and screw directly into the trap inlet. Check valves are used on Armstrong inverted bucket traps that are installed above any heating unit being drained, or if sudden pressure drops occur in the steam supply to the unit.
