Overview
Fabtek Aero stainless steel condensate pumps are designed to collect condensate and return it to the boiler, usually via a boiler feed tank and pump unit. As condensate flows to the receiver tank, it fills with water. The float switch assembly then rises and signals the motor on the pump to start and begin pumping the condensate. When the float drops with the lower water level and breaks the contact on the switch, the pump will shut off. These compact, light-weight Fabtek Aero condensate units have tanks made from 12 gauge stainless steel with internal ribbing to add strength. The permanently-aligned pump is also made of stainless steel and is equipped with a seal cavity bleed line. The 1220C4AB1S has a 1/2" connection and a 1/3 HP, 3450 RPM, 115v single phase motor with a semi-open impeller. The 1220C4AB1S is a simplex unit, with a 12 gallon tank, capable of pumping 9 gallons per minute at 20 psi and 6,000 EDR.
