COVID-19 Update
March 25, 2020
Today, Minnesota Governor Walz issued a “Stay at Home” executive order effective at 11:59 pm on Friday, March 27th, 2020 through 5:00 pm on Friday, April 10th, 2020.
State Supply is an essential business operation providing critical components for plumbing and heating systems and will remain open throughout this order. The products we supply help ensure heating and plumbing systems in important infrastructure such as medical/healthcare facilities, government facilities, public works, and more remain operational.
Please continue to limit local will-call orders to high priority, "can't wait" items only throughout this period.
As always, our highest priority remains to provide exceptional service both to our customers and to our staff. We will accomplish this by utilizing remote work resources and practicing the sanitary and physical distancing techniques recommended by State and Federal authorities as well as the CDC.
Once again, we appreciate your business and patience. We extend our sincerest wishes for the continued health of you and your loved ones. Please do not hesitate to contact us at 877-775-7705 if you have any questions.
Thank you,

We’d like to thank you for your patience as we all navigate these challenging and fast-changing circumstances together.
State Supply is considered by federal authorities to be a “Business Essential” enterprise. This means we will remain open to serve the needs of both our local and national customers who count on us to keep their heating and plumbing systems operational.
In the event of a “shelter-in-place” mandate by Minnesota Governor Walz, State Supply will retain the necessary staff on-site to accommodate the requirements of our customers and ship them the products needed to maintain a safe building environment. If such a mandate is ordered, local pick-ups of products ordered via Customer Will Call will be restricted to "need-to-have" service only.
Our highest priority remains to provide exceptional service both to our customers and to our staff. We continue to take steps to maintain a safe and healthy working environment:
- Disinfecting work surfaces throughout the building multiple times daily
- Practicing CDC-recommended guidelines for handwashing
- Maintaining appropriate distances between employees
- Allowing all non-essential employees to work remotely
- Providing expanded sick time to ensure all employees can take care of themselves and their families
We appreciate your business and extend our sincerest wishes for the continued health of you and your loved ones.
Thank you,

To our valued customers, vendors, and associates:
Due to the Coronavirus/COVID-19 outbreak, State Supply is requesting that all customers restrict their in-person visits to State Supply for only high priority, “can’t wait” order pick-ups. This decision is made with the health of our employees and customers in mind. Our highest priority is providing exceptional customer service and as part of that, we must protect and maintain a healthy environment.
We will continue to ship orders via UPS, FedEx, and SpeeDee as normal. Courier services continue to operate normally for those within the 5-county metro area for the time being. The situation among carriers continues to evolve and we ask for your patience in dealing with supply chain impacts that are out of our control.
State Supply is also taking the following steps to help mitigate the impact of COVID-19: disinfecting work surfaces throughout the building multiple times daily, practicing CDC-recommended guidelines for hand-washing, maintaining appropriate distances between employees, allowing remote work when possible, and expanding our sick time policies to ensure all of our employees are able to take care of themselves and their families.
These policies will remain place until further notice. We thank you in advance for your patience while doing business in these unprecedented times. We appreciate your business and extend our sincerest wishes for the continued health of you and your loved ones.
Thank you,
Patrick Lombardo
