Overview
Mepco (formerly Dunham-Bush) steel condensate pumps are designed to collect condensate and return it to the boiler from gravity systems, low pressure steam process equipment, or a combination of both. They are used where low pressure return mains are located at elevations which do not permit gravity flow of condensate to the boiler feed pump and are controlled by a tank-mounted flow switch. These pumps will quickly lift condensate from extremely low to high return lines and will automatically lift overflow water from auxiliary apparatus to storage tanks. The CRV1030-2E-1 has a 1-1/4" connection and a 3/4 HP, 3450 RPM, 115v single phase motor. The CRV1030-2E-1 is a simplex unit, with a 16 gallon tank, capable of pumping 15 gallons per minute at 30 psi and 10,000 EDR.
