Overview
Hoffman Specialty Watchman condensate pumps are designed to collect condensate and return it to the boiler. As condensate flows to the receiver tank, it fills with water. The mechanical alternator then signals the motors on the pumps to start and begin pumping the condensate. This Watchman condensate unit features a corrosion-resistant cast iron receiver with low inlet heights for ease of installation. The centrifugal pumps are close-coupled and vertically-mounted with bronze impellers. The WCD12-20B has a 3/4" connection and a 1/3 HP, 3450 RPM, 115v single phase motor. The WCD12-20B is a duplex unit, with a 14 gallon tank, capable of pumping 18 gallons per minute at 20 psi and 12,000 EDR.
