Hoffman Specialty Boiler Feed Pumps
Hoffman Specialty boiler feed pumps are controlled by the pump controller located on the boiler and provide engineered reliability for precise water level control in modern steam boilers. Boiler feed pumps are available in a wide variety of steel receiver sizes with gauge glass assemblies and mechanical make up valves. Motors on boiler pump are vertically mounted and are a drip proof ball bearing design with built in overload protection and stainless steel shafts. Receivers are available in either simplex or duplex pumps. Pumps on boiler feed units are close coupled, centrifugal styles with bronze impellers, renewable bronze wearing rings, carbon ceramic/mechanical seals, and cast iron housing. Applications for boiler feed pumps include residential, commercial, and industrial steam heating and processing.
