Returns FAQ

What is your return policy?

State Supply accepts returns up to 90 days after the date of invoice. Return requests can be made online here. Read our complete return policy here.

Is there a restocking fee?

State Supply will impose no restocking fee on stock items returned within 90 days if they are in a saleable condition (original packaging and contents in excellent shape). No returns are permitted after 90 days. Previously used/installed items cannot be returned unless covered by warranty.

Can I return a special or custom item?

Returns for special order items or items that have been modified (such as an impeller trim) are assessed on a case-by-case basis. If a return is allowed, special order items may incur a variable restocking fee of up to 50%.

How do I return my item?

Customers can ship return items back to State Supply themselves or have us arrange for a pick-up. Return shipment costs paid by State Supply will be subtracted from the credited amount unless we are at fault.

Orders FAQ

What payment methods do you accept?

Credit card payment is accepted via the four major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Credit card payments are processed through our EBizCharge gateway, and all information is secured through 256-bit SSL encryption. We do not store any credit card information for transactions processed through our site.

How do I place an order?

If you would like to place an order, you can do so online or by texting or calling our knowledgeable product specialist at (877)775-7705, emailing us at [email protected], or using the live chat option on our website. Our team of knowledgeable and friendly product specialists would be happy to assist you in your boiler room supply needs.

How long will it take to receive my item?

In-stock orders that qualify as "small-pack shipments" and placed before 3:00 pm Central Time ship the same day that the order is placed. Orders received after 3:00 pm will ship the next day. In-stock orders eligible as "freight shipments" typically ship within 2-3 business days of the order being placed.

Orders that are not in stock in our warehouse may ship directly from a supplier (manufacturer, manufacturer’s rep, vendor, etc.) to expedite delivery.

For partially in-stock orders, a customer service representative will notify the customer within the same business day. The customer will have the option to proceed with multiple shipments, in which case the customer may incur an additional shipping charge.

Why is my item showing a long lead time?

On rare occasions, items may be unavailable for an extended period. This most commonly occurs for items out of stock with State Supply and our vendor network. These situations require us to wait until the subsequent manufacturing runs for the item to become available. In this case, a customer service representative will notify the customer of the delay within the same business day and present alternative options if available.

I gave you the wrong address; What do I do?

Please get in touch with State Supply and notify us of the incorrect information. We will do our best to fix the problem. Fees associated with incorrect shipping address information, including address type, liftgate requirements, etc., will be passed along to the customer.

What shipping companies do you use?

State Supply ships our products using FedEx, UPS, and courier. State Supply will not process orders that require third-party international freight forwarding companies, such as DHL.

How do I track my order/never received my order?

For help locating your order, please give our city desk a call at (877)775-7705 or email us at info@state supply. Our friendly customer representatives will be happy to assist you in locating or tracking your order.

How do I pay with credit?

Business customers purchasing on a pre-approved line of Credit are subject to Net-30 terms from the invoice date. Purchases made on account may be invoiced within one business day of product shipment. Invoices are emailed to the accounts payable contact on the account. A paper copy of the invoice will be mailed to the billing address submitted with the order upon request or if an accounts payable contact has not been established. A 1.5% late fee is charged monthly on any past due balance.
