Fiberglass Pipe Insulation

Insulation is available in 3 foot lengths for pipe sizes from 1/2" to 6". This pipe insulation is made of 1" thick compressed commercial grade, heavy density resin bonded fiberglass. It is important to properly measure for new pipe insulation. Simply measure either the outside diameter or outside circumference of your pipe and refer to the chart below to select the proper size. Lengths of insulation can be cut to size. Fittings such as tees and elbows are also available for steam pipe insulation. Replacing your pipe insulation is one of best ways to achieve energy efficiency in a steam system and can typically reduce energy losses by 80-90%.
