Overview
The Shipco 153DS is a "Durable Steel" condensate pump designed to collect return condensate from steam systems and return it to the boiler. Water levels are maintained by a mechanical make-up water valve with stainless steel float and rod. Shipco condensate units have 3/16" black steel receiver tanks with gauge glass assemblies. The centrifugal pump is bronze-fitted. The 153DS has a 1-1/2" connection and a 1-1/2 HP, 3450 RPM, 115v single phase motor. The 154DS is a simplex unit, with a 21 gallon tank, capable of pumping 22-1/2 gallons per minute at 40 psi and 15,000 EDR.
