Overview
The Shipco 502DS is a "Durable Steel" condensate pump designed to collect return condensate from steam systems and return it to the boiler. Water levels are maintained by a mechanical make-up water valve with stainless steel float and rod. Shipco condensate units have 3/16" black steel receiver tanks with gauge glass assemblies. The centrifugal pump is bronze-fitted. The 502DS has a 2" connection and a 2 HP, 3450 RPM, 208-230/460V three phase motor. The 502DS is a simplex unit, with an 81 gallon tank, capable of pumping 75 gallons per minute at 20 psi and 50,000 EDR.
