Overview
The Shipco 1003DS is a "Durable Steel" condensate pump designed to collect return condensate from steam systems and return it to the boiler. Water levels are maintained by a mechanical make-up water valve with stainless steel float and rod. Shipco condensate units have 3/16" black steel receiver tanks with gauge glass assemblies. The centrifugal pump is bronze-fitted. The 1003DS has a 2-1/2" connection and a 5 HP, 3450 RPM, 208-230/460V three phase motor. The 1003DS is a simplex unit, with a 128 gallon tank, capable of pumping 150 gallons per minute at 30 psi and 100,000 EDR.
