Overview
The Shipco 654DCD is a "Durable Cast Iron" condensate pump designed to collect return condensate from steam systems and return it to the boiler. Water levels are maintained by a mechanical make-up water valve with stainless steel float and rod. Shipco condensate units have cast iron receiver tanks with gauge glass assemblies. The centrifugal pumps are bronze-fitted. The 654DCD has a 2" connection and a 5 HP, 3450 RPM, 208-230/460V three phase motor. The 654DCD is a duplex unit, with an 81 gallon tank, capable of pumping 97-1/2 gallons per minute at 40 psi and 65,000 EDR.
