Overview
The Shipco LRV Series is a low return steam vacuum pump that both discharges and eliminates air from heating systems. The pump is divided into two sections, a lower compartment that collects condensate and then pushes it into the upper compartment, creating a vacuum. The LRV Series features a multi-jet design which effectively removes air and lifts hot condensate in the return system. The LRV Series pump has a cast iron receiver and is flange mounted, bronze-fitted with a removable bronze wear ring and mechanical seals rate up to 250°F. The 20LRV-1-40 has a 1-1/2" connection and a 3 HP, 3500 RPM, 208/230-460v three phase motor. The 20LRV-1-40 is a simplex unit, rated for 20,000 sq. ft. EDR.
