Shipco Pumps is a manufacturer of condensate return units, boiler feed units, vacuum units and hydronic centrifugal pumps targeted for application in the steam recovery operations of a boiler steam system. Shipco is one of the few remaining U.S. manufacturers that both designs pumps, as well as manufactures complete, packaged units.
Shipco boiler feed pumps provide feedwater to a boiler, while a level controller on the boiler activates the boiler feed pump. Shipco's boiler feed pumps are available with cast iron, black steel, or stainless steel tanks. A typical boiler feed package includes the receiver, feed pumps assembled and piped, along with a mounted, pre-wired control panel.
Shipco condensate pumps are designed to collect condensed liquid at remote locations in a steam system and move it back to the boiler room. Shipco offers both simplex and duplex configurations with or without mounted, pre-wired control panels.
Shipco offers a variety of models and styles of hydronic pumps designed to pump hot condensate over a wide range of flow and pressure applications. Shipco's centrifugal pumps are available as single stage or multi-stage. Pumps can be vertical or horizontal flange mounted with 1750 RPM or 3500 RPM motors in single or three-phase configurations.
Shipco vacuum pumps are designed to remove air and lift condensate in the condensate recovery portion of a steam heating system. Receivers typically have two compartments —one to collect hot condensate and one to produce the vacuum. Tanks are available in either close-grained cast iron or black steel. Shipco offers both simplex and duplex configurations with or without mounted, pre-wired control panels.
State Supply offers a variety of Shipco pump repair parts, many available via same-day shipping. Some of the repair parts available are flanges, float switches, gaskets, and valves. Repair parts are also displayed for specific pumps on the "Repair Parts" tab of specific pump pages.
