Sterling 42520JD - 3HP 36 GAL 3PH Cast Iron Duplex Condensate Pump

Sterling 4200 Series condensate pumps are designed to collect return condensate from low pressure steam boiler systems and return it to the boiler. Water levels are maintained by a mechanical make-up water valve with a heavy-duty float switch. The boiler feed pump is controlled by a boiler controller that senses the boiler water level and sends a signal to the pump for water. These Sterling condensate units have a cast iron receiver tank with a standard gauge glass assembly and feature automatic venting. The centrifugal pumps are bronze-fitted with a "SterlSeal" ceramic seal. The 42520JD has a 1-1/2" connection and a 3 HP, 3450 RPM, 208-230/460v three phase motor. The 42520JD is a duplex unit, with a 36 gallon tank, capable of pumping 30 gallons per minute at 50 psi and 20,000 EDR. Additional voltages are available, please contact us for price and availability.
