Taco FE1510 - 1-1/2" x 2-1/2" Cast Iron, Bronze Fitted Base-Mounted End Suction Pump

Taco Series FE pumps are base-mounted end suction centrifugal pumps that provide quiet, dependable power. An easy-to-replace slip-on shaft sleeve facilitate seal maintenance in the field and lowers long-term maintenance costs. Pressure tappings on suction and discharge flanges promote easy verification of pump performance. The flush seal line tap allows installation of filter to protect seal from particles present in open systems. The Series FE's rear pullout design allows pump to be serviced without disturbing the system piping. Top center line discharge design simplifies piping layouts, reduces piping strain, and makes the pump self-venting. Low-cost, replaceable wear rings protect casing during normal operation. The Series FE features a cast iron casing with integrally cast feet enables pump to be bolted to base for sturdier installation and still allow back pull out without disturbing the piping. Standard ceramic seals promote product flexibility. The Series FE pumps have been replaced by the Series FI, this pump is listed for parts reference only.
